COVID-19 - What you need to know
We appreciate that you may be feeling unsettled with COVID-19 and the new strain still around. We are still monitoring all the Government advice and Haven’s position regarding how this could affect your stay at Rockley Park.
When you book with Seaview Escapes, we want you feel confident and secure in your booking we like to keep you informed of any changes that may or be under consideration so you can always make an informed decision about your travel plans. Just to let you know that if you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or the park is closed due to Lockdown we are more than happy to refund all your monies or offer you an alternative date with the same season price. We state that when you book, you have your £100 breakages deposit plus 25% of the accommodation cost, six (6) weeks before you travel the balance is due. Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us immediately minimum time will be 48 (forty-eight hours before travel) for a refund.

Caravan preparation and cleaning
When you stay in one of Seaview Escapes holiday home(s) we would like to reassure you that we have further enhanced our holiday home cleaning and preparation procedures. From when you open the door, you notice a difference, we have no linen, pillows, duvets, cushions, DVD and CD’s available, rugs and nick knacks in the holiday homes, this is t make sure we can clean the surfaces. All touch points (light switches, plugs) are antibacterial wiped and all surfaces, the holiday home is secured until your arrival.
Linen can be hired from the cleaning service double £20 or single £10 per pack – this is left in a bag ready for you to add to the bed (everything is washed at 60 degrees and steamed for extra protection – duvet cover is on; pillows slips are on just place the sheet on the bed. This can be done at booking or later. If you wish to bring ll or part of your own pillow/pillow slip, duvet/duvet cover and fitted sheet(s).
Your Safe Arrival
Arrival is after 4pm (1600 hours), we aim to please, but on occasions we can miss something (we are all human), always ring me or Sarah at the cleaning service and one of us will come and fix it – your satisfaction and starting your holiday at the right point is paramount to us. You have a two-hour window until 6pm – 1800 hours let us know. Anything else let us know as quickly as you can so we can address it.
When you vacate on before 10am, remove the linen, and add to the bag ready for the cleaning service to start their process again.

You will also notice an increase in hand sanitation stations in the park. Please keep to Government Guidelines at all times.
We would also ask that if you have visited any of the high-risk countries in the past 14 days or are displaying any of the symptoms of the virus, that you get in touch with us to rearrange your booking.
