Terms and deposits


Booking deposits, payments options, peace, and privacy

By placing a booking with SEAVIEW ESCAPES, you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. During your stay, you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions at all, please do contact us before making a booking.

To place a booking with us the lead guest must be at least 25 years of age. The maximum number of staying guests per holiday home is illustrated in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead guest taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set out within.


Only the lead guest and the named booking party can use the property and its facilities, any third-party visitors are only allowed access at our express permission.

To secure your booking we ask for deposits of 25% of your accommodation total and £100 for breakages (when the holiday home is secured back to us, the deposit will be released 3-5 days later).

The 25% booking deposit can be paid immediately at the time of booking using a credit card or via BACs through our website booking system or we will arrange to do this manually. You will then be sent an invoice for the balance which again can be paid online or manually.

Following your booking, you will be asked to let us know who is coming by filling in our "PARTY FORM". We will also ask you to provide £100 breakages deposit which you will get back 3-5 days after your stay if your Holiday Home Escape is in the condition you found it.

All payments can be made securely on our website using all the popular Debit/Credit cards. We can also arrange payments by digital BACS bank transfer. Any charges raised against us by our banks for handling dishonoured cheque's, bank transfers or any other payments, must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours, and the owners always. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance/nuisance to other guests, neighbours, or the owners.

We reserve the right to cancel any booking without compensation, refund, or reimbursement if the terms of these conditions are breached.


When you book with Seaview Escapes, we want you to feel confident and secure in your booking we like to keep you informed of any changes that may or be under consideration so you can always make an informed decision about your travel plans.


We appreciate that you may be feeling unsettled with COVID-19 and the new strain still around.  We are still monitoring all the Government advice and Haven’s position regarding how this could affect your stay at Rockley Park.

Just to let you know that if you are unable to travel due to COVID-19 travel restrictions or the park is closed due to Lockdown we are more than happy to refund all your monies or offer you an alternative date with the same seasonal price.

We state that when you book, you have your £100 breakages deposit plus 25% of the accommodation cost, six (6) weeks before you travel the balance is due.  

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us immediately minimum will be 48 (forty-eight hours before travel)

Guests must check-in and check-out by the times stated below, this is important as we have more cleaning and preparation to organise before the next guest.

Check-in: After 4pm (1600 hours) onwards on the day of arrival

When you stay in one of Seaview Escapes holiday home(s) we would like to reassure you that we have further enhanced our holiday home cleaning and preparation procedures.


From when you open the door, you notice a difference, we have no linen, pillows, duvets, cushions, DVD and CD’s available, rugs and nick-knacks in the holiday homes, this is to make sure we can clean the surfaces. All touch points (light switches, plugs) are antibacterial wiped together with all surfaces, the holiday home is secured until your arrival. 

Check-out: by 10am on the day of departure

if you have hired linen please remove from the bed(s) and place back in the bags.

Your Personal Details & Privacy

In addition to the information collected about you at the time of booking, we also ask for details of your party (names and ages). Following your booking, you will be sent a link to our "party" form to provide us with these details.


This form is then electronically "connected" to your bookings contact information.
These records are kept securely for a minimum of 12 months and in accordance with the DPA (Data Protection Act 1998) and the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).


Our policy surrounding the personal details you provide as part of any booking or enquiry through this website/or a third-party website, including the privacy of those details are explained and set out in our Privacy Policy.

Damages & Lost Property

Damages & Lost Keys
We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damages caused through the course of a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spillages, stains, damage to furniture or fixtures and fittings. Any accidental damages should be reported as soon as possible to minimise damage and associated costs. Lost keys incur a replacement charge of £20 per key.

Pet Friendly – Damages
It is the responsibility of the lead guest to ensure that pets are not allowed on the furnishings and are not permitted in the beds. Any staining or damage will be charged.

Lost Property 
We are unable to post of keep any items left in the holiday homes due to the current situation with COVID-19 for health and safety reasons.

parking, pets and smoking

When on-site parking is provided guests accept that they park their vehicles at their own risk.

Pets are welcome in designated properties. Simply look for the "Paw" logo on the Holiday Home Escapes main photo and description it does state Pet Friendly.

Smoking of any tobacco products including, but not limited to and including cigarettes, pipes, cigars, snuff or chewing tobacco, vapes and e-cigarettes is not allowed throughout the accommodation in accordance with the Health Act of 2006.
